Illusions

Like rainbows that fill the sky,

prayers raise up to an empty sky

and bring hope into the eye

Like rainbows that appear after-rain,

prayers are louder when there's pain

and calm the blood in the vein

Like rainbows, desert lakes, and what's between

Illusions are there to be felt and seen
